Certified in fitness almost 30 years ago, I've seen a lot of changes and (weird!) fads come and go. But no change was more dramatic, confusing or uncomfortable than what was happening in my own body and life as I journeyed through my 40s and beyond.
I've been my own crash test dummy for over a decade now and I've learned a lot about what really works to feel strong, healthy and happy at this hugely important stage of our lives.
Now, my mission is Ageing Awesomely. And my passion is helping other women just like you take back your body, get fit, lose that stubborn menopausal weight and actually THRIVE through midlife, menopause and beyond.
