Hi, I'm Nicole
Certified in fitness more than 25 years ago, I've seen a lot of changes and (weird!) fads come and go. But no change was more dramatic, perplexing or uncomfortable than the ones happening in my own body and life as I journeyed through my 40s and beyond.
Sadly, the most popular diet and exercise advice we've been taught as women pretty much our whole lives... well... it just doesn't work! Especially not as we get older and our hormones start to get a bit nuts.
Besides... It's never struck me that making yourself miserable in order to feel healthy and happy is a particularly sound strategy for success.
Call me crazy, but I want you to feel amazing in your own skin and actually enjoy life too!
I've learned a lot about what really works to feel strong, healthy and happy over 40 and I'm passionate about helping other women just like you take back your body, get fit, lose weight and thrive through midlife, menopause and beyond.
