Having been in and around the fitness industry more than half my life, I've seen a lot of trends change and a lot of fads come and go.
But the biggest, most dramatic, confusing and uncomfortable changes I've experienced are the ones that started happening in my own body as I moved through my mid-forties, perimenopause, and into my mid-50s and menopause. What a sh*tshow!
Even with my background and understanding of fitness and nutrition, and just trying to keep myself fit, sane, slim and feeling healthy, I realized quite quickly that the most popular diet and exercise advice out there - even the stuff that always used to work for me... It just no longer works!

While I would love to be able to do all the work for you, (and if I could offer THAT service I'd be an overnight billionaire I'm sure) like anything in life you will get out of this membership what you put into it. Your results are up to you. I can promise that if you commit to the simple process I teach and put in the work, you will see and feel the results.
The workouts I create for you each month are designed to be able to be done at home, in a small space and with minimal equipment. At a minimum I recommend all my clients have at least a mat, sturdy chair (like a solid dining or card-table chair), pair or set of light dumbbells, and an inflatable exercise ball. These items are inexpensive and widely available. A full list of equipment recommendations and fun options will be available inside your community portal.
Great news! There are absolutely no diets or lists of "good" and "bad" foods here! You'll be learning eating habits to support YOUR optimal health and individual food preferences. The recipes you receive each month can be followed as-is, adapted based on food preferences or intolerances, or used as a springboard to generate ideas for your own healthy recipes and meal plans!
No problem! Coaching and Q&A calls for all members are held online (using a system similar to Zoom, but better) on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. eastern. VIP-only group workouts and coaching happen the remaining Tuesdays, also at 5:30 p.m. (in other words, VIPs - you get me every week!)
These calls are recorded and will be available in your member portal for at least a few weeks for you to take part in at a time that works for you. If you can't make the live session and have questions or issues you'd like to have discussed you can always submit these in advance to be addressed during the call.
Premium/VIP drop in Office Hours sessions and VIP 1-1's are not recorded.
That's great! And lucky you by the way! Fat loss is just one of the many goals some of our members will set their sights on. Fitness is about so much more than losing weight and your goals will be as unique as you are. If you want to be stronger, healthier and happier, and be able to do all the things you love longer, this is for you.
No. And in fact if all you're looking for is the next short-term fad diet or questionable magic pill, then I'm definitely not your girl.
I can help you get some solid quick wins and set you on the right course for lasting and long term health and fitness success, but I'm not interested in working with clients only seeking their next temporary "quick fix". My clients are in it to win it.
If you have any questions or concerns about your health, particularly if you have any form of heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, high blood pressure, or osteoporosis, always check with your health care provider before starting this or any other exercise or fitness program. You should still be able to take part, but your doctor will inform you of any limitations or special considerations for you to do so safely.

As a Menopause Fitness Specialist, and a woman navigating my own struggles and symptoms, I'm constantly updating my knowledge and experimenting on how we can best be our fittest and happiest on the journey through this stage of life. You could say I'm my own crash test dummy.
And just like you, I love lots of delicious food and have zero desire to spend hours each week grinding it out in the gym.
Which is why I've developed, and am constantly evolving, my signature 7 Essential Elements of Menopause Fitness framework, to help as many women as possible just like me, take back not just our bodies, but also our confidence, our vitality and our joy in life. And it works.
Me! My plan is to bring in guest instructors and other experts from time to time to add value to the community, but regardless of what membership level you choose, you will be coached by me. No assistant coaches and no bait and switch here.
I don't swear a whole lot, but it does happen from time to time. I am who I am. And besides, you're thinking of joining a membership full of women experiencing various stages and symptoms of menopause. Soooo... if you're deeply offended by the occasional use of the word sh*tshow or dropping of an f-bomb now and again, this may not be the right community for you.
